Yoga Flow

Cool beats and dynamic flows await you in Yoga Flow. Inspired by Vinyasa Yoga, we combine flowing movements with the rhythm of the breath and integrate dance elements. You will find dynamism and strength, but also relaxation and lightness. We mobilize the joints, improve flexibility and balance, increase breathing awareness and support a positive body feeling. You are welcome even without previous knowledge.
