Motion Dance Studio

The Motion Dance Studio was founded by me - Lena Lafrenz - and offers a wide range of different dance options.

There is something here for everyone interested in dance: The Motion Dance Studio not only offers a variety of classical and modern dance styles - from ballet to jazz dance, hip hop and much more - and suitable workout courses, but also aims to provide the perfect dance experience for all age groups - from kids to teens, adults to seniors - and all dance levels - from absolute beginners to those who already love dancing to professionals.

My vision was to bring something completely new to Darmstadt: An innovative and modern dance school with classical and modern styles that would offer the choice of an urban, metropolitan dance school and at the same time a family-friendly place to feel good.

The studio itself is flooded with light, brand new, equipped with mirrors, curtains and a high-quality dance floor and offers in every respect the ideal space for great dance experiences.

It is centrally located between Luisenplatz and the main train station on the corner of Rheinstrasse and Neckarstrasse and is ideally accessible by all means of transport thanks to the bus and tram stops right in front of it. At the same time, it is set back about 50 metres from the street, thus offering a sheltered, comfortable space.
