This course is for everyone who wants to do something good for their body.

After a short warm-up, the first part consists of various exercises, initially while standing, and then on the mat to activate other muscle groups. With motivating background music, different muscle groups are specifically trained and made to burn.


After the muscles have worked intensively, they are stretched extensively. In this class, just as much emphasis is placed on muscle flexibility as on strengthening. The body comes out of this class well kneaded. Come along to do something good for your muscles and fascia.
